Girls and Robotics at DSHA Grades 7- 9

Come and learn about the exciting world of coding and robotics!
The field of robotics is full of unique challenges, critical thinking and creativity. During the week, campers will work with members of the Hilltoppers Robotics FRC Team 1732, this cooperative team comprised of Divine Savior Holy Angels and Marquette University High School students has competed multiple times in the FIRST world championships. Through a variety of hands-on activities, campers will build and program a robot to perform fun and friendly challenges while learning the basics of mechanics, electronics and coding.
Hilltopper Robotics: Introductory Challenge Grades 7- 9

Come learn about the exciting world of robotics! The field of robotics is full of unique challenges, critical thinking, and creativity. Through a variety of hand-on activities, campers will learn the basics of design, mechanics, electronics, and coding. During the week campers will work with current Team 1732 Hilltopper Robotics Team to build and program a robot to perform in fun and friendly challenges. The skills campers learn in this class are a great introduction for those interested in exploring more about robotics or looking to try something new.

Incoming Freshmen...are you interested in joining the robotics team?
We're looking for students who like to take charge, work with their hands, collaborate in teams and generally geek out. Build robots, program them, plan events, and learn about marketing. Play hard and have a blast! No experience required. Come spend a day with the team and learn about the Hilltopper Robotics Program.
Lunch will be provided.
