MORE COMMUNITY OUTREACH

In addition to Team 1732’s established initiatives, team members volunteer their time for other Community Outreach programs such as robotics demonstrations at the Milwaukee Maker Faire, school activity fairs and open houses, and memory care facilities for senior citizens. 

Team 1732 also feels strongly that no one can effectively engage in any STEM programming when they are hungry, which is why Team 1732 is fighting hunger in Milwaukee. Each year, team members donate their time at local food pantries such as Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin and Just One More Ministry along with local community gardens like Mulberry Hill Gardens.
